Meg Caprio

My name is Meg Caprio and I’m fired up to be a new member of Ray’s team. I have always been an active person, a cheerleader and adventure seeker for life. I became a stay at home mom when I had my 3 amazing daughters. And it was my own hardworking, athletic girls who sparked the motivation in me to get myself strong again. I started trying different workouts and my love for fitness grew. I knew the next chapter in life would be a career full of sweat and challenges, but I love it! I love motivating others to get in control of their bodies to be healthy and strong. I love to try new exercises and workouts. And I love to learn about health and wellness. Lets have some fun and GO!

Rich Rowland

With over 12 years of experience, a degree in exercise physiology from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and training with world-renowned coach Martin Rooney, Rich has quickly risen to the ranks of Boston’s top trainers.

He’s held posts at as a United States Army infantry team leader, and worked tirelessly with former major league baseball player Brandon Inge (Detroit Tigers) before being called upon by Town Sports International to revamp multiple Boston Sports Clubs. After 7 years working for himself and Boston Sports Clubs, Rich joined the RayFit team as the new Director of Fitness in February of 2015.

Everyone from athletes to celebrities to high-level companies, and anyone else craving the motivation to jumpstart their regime have sought him out. With his education, experience, and dedication, Rich is an integral part of the BBBR dynamic.

Ashley Peleckas

As the youngest of the Peleckas bunch, Ashley grew up with three hyper-athletic brothers, leaving her with no option other than becoming active herself! Her brother Ray’s healthy mindset became ingrained as her own, and after graduating from UMass Dartmouth with a B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy—but undecided where to turn—she went straight to him. Countless hours shadowing him later, she received her personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has been training at BBBR since 2012. She remains a favorite here, given that her genuine character and vibrant energy is infectious, creating a warm environment which draws clients back class after class.

Adi Golani

Adi was born and raised in Israel and, like many people who grew up there, served in the Israeli Defense Forces, naturally building up her leadership skills. After serving her country, Adi dove into a business development career at companies like Visa and Cellcom. Taking on a hectic work schedule, her activity level slowly faded from existence. In 2012 she realized she had to make a change and took her first class at BodyBurn by Ray, quickly excelling with the well-designed programs, motivating trainers and her dedicated drive, igniting a passion for fitness she hasn't had in years. Not too long after, she felt an urge for a career change, became a personal trainer and was hired by Ray himself.

Today, Adi takes pride in motivating her clients and assisting them in their fitness journey, believing her own experiences give her the understanding, empathy and skills to guide her clients to their goals.
