Healthy Breakfast Recipe for Egg Cups



Looking for a delicious, protein packed breakfast meal that is quick and easy to make?  Look no further.  Rich Rowland shares his recipe for his new favorite breakfast - Egg Cups!! They are simple to make and they fill you up!! Plus, there aren't that many ingredients to purchase.  Eating clean and healthy can be tasty and easy.

These egg cups are around 280 calories, 25g of protein, 2 carbs, and 2.5 saturated fat.

Ingredients:
- chicken sausage
- 3 eggs
- diced onions
- olive oil

Directions:
1. Scramble 3 eggs.

2. Dice one chicken sausage and half an onion (white or red).  

3. Sautee the chicken and onions in a frying pan with a little bit of olive oil.

4. Add the eggs and scramble.  Enjoy!
