Ray Peleckas, founder of BodyBurn by Ray, created a group fitness studio with a hip and unique vibe that embodies a party atmosphere. He wants his members to lose themselves in the beats of the energizing music and the lively ambience of the space while engaging in a safe, challenging and results-driven workout. The end result of Ray's patience, determination and hard work is the BodyBurn by Ray class as we know it today - a series of self challenging motorless cardio pieces paired with specific strength training exercises that hit the lower body, upper body and core. Our personalized group class will change your life by helping you shed pounds of unwanted body fat, create a leaner and stronger body, and give you the confidence to feel your best in every outfit for every occasion.

WHAT IS BODYBURN?

BodyBurn by Ray is a 48 minute group fitness class made up of fast paced, innovative motorless cardio pieces that you won’t find combined together at any other gym.  The cardio is coupled with a daily rotating schedule of three different workouts targeting specific muscle groups, abs included. The class is broken up into 12 four minute blocks that combine alternating cardio and strength, for a healthy lean look. Each exercise is done for 40 seconds followed by a 20 second rest.  We are not just treadmills, row machines or Aero bikes so you will never get bored and will be able to push through physically.

WHY  MOTORLESS  CARDIO?

The motorless pieces we have curated result in a low impact high intensity workout that is safe on your joints. Thus, our members can do a BodyBurn class eery day without injury or stress to the body. Our class is suitable for all fitness levels - beginner to advanced - yet challenging enough for everyone because our cardio pieces and strength exercises can be adjusted to appropriate intensity and experience levels. We rotate through three different workouts each month targeting the upper body, lower body, and the core. The exercises stay the same during the month so members have time to learn, practice and progress at each of the twelve strength stations and see real changes in their bodies and strength levels. The members of our gym consistently experience weight loss, strength gains, and an overall feeling of improved health and wellness.
